Lead a thriving quick-service operation and own the results. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to drive daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our high-volume Eastvale location. This role puts you directly in control of P&L performance, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring structure, accountability, and vision to a restaurant where your leadership directly shapes success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily P&L, inventory, and costs to drive profitability
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing front and back-of-house teams
• Ensure food safety compliance and maintain health code standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and positive guest experiences consistently
• Execute revenue targets and achieve operational KPIs each period

Requirements

• Proven General Manager experience in QSR or full-service restaurants
• Strong P&L management skills with demonstrated cost control discipline
• Leadership capability to hire, inspire, and retain quality team members
• Deep knowledge of food safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Customer-focused mindset with track record of strong guest satisfaction
