Restaurant Food Runner | Part-Time | The RaRa Room

About the Role

We are searching for Restaurant Food Runners to join our team at The Ra Ra Room by Major Food Group and Oak View Group, an exclusive members-only fine dining club in downtown Phoenix. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

This position pays an hourly rate of $12.15 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand all menu offerings, food descriptions, and ingredients to effectively communicate with guests.
• Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service.
• Organize and maintain expo and service station areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables between courses and reset tables upon completion of meals.
• Assist the front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
