Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Pearl at Kalauao standards and policies.
• Communicate with all team members and management.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of the F&B department.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Provide superior service to all guests.
• Perform FOH Standard Operating Procedures with pride and professionalism.
• Complete daily checklist and side duties.
• Be knowledgeable with POS system and menu/cuisine.
• Handle cash accurately and turn in check out sheets.
• Represent the Food & Beverage Department professionally.
• Build rapport with guests and deliver efficient service.
