Is 100% knowledgeable of all menu items including LTOs, garnishes and GF/Vegetarian/Vegan options and/or knows where to find the tools used for assisting guest inquiries
Demonstrates suggestive selling
Stays productive during downtimes
Advises leadership of any out of stock items and relays this info as needed to guests in a polite and professional manner
Brews coffee and iced tea; prepares teas and assists bar with juices and cold brews where applicable
Expedites order taking to ensure quick and friendly service
Notifies leadership of any customer complaints or dissatisfaction for immediate remedy
Serves as liaison between BOH & FOH, ensuring food/drinks are served promptly and to standard
Responsible for clearing/cleaning tables to accommodate guests
Responsible for running drinks and food when not actively taking orders for customers
Sets up and cleans work area as well as surrounding areas and completes all necessary checklists
Performs secondary duties which may include but are not limited to:

Stocking dine in and take out items
Rolling silverware
Stocking and cleaning soup & oatmeal garnishes where applicable
Filling backstock of items such as dressings, fruit cups, chips, hot tea bags, grab ‘n go cooler items
Stocking and cleaning retail items
Assists with completing catering tasks
