Restaurant District Manager (Signal Butte)

About the Role

As a District Manager at Café Zupas, you will work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, spending 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback. You will support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost, cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude, and build a bench of future leaders. You will collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels and uphold the company’s values of teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team.
• Support assigned restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders for the organization.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive growth and success.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven personality.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to new processes and systems.
• Values teamwork and collaboration.
