Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple upscale dining establishments
- Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance restaurant performance
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant management teams
- Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability
- Foster a culture of guest satisfaction and excellence
- Collaborate with marketing to drive sales and brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Experience overseeing restaurant operations north of $25M per year.
- Strong understanding of upscale dining and hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional financial acumen and budget management experience
- Able to develop and implement strategic plans
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Pay
Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 annually
