Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple upscale dining establishments
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance restaurant performance
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant management teams
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability
  • Foster a culture of guest satisfaction and excellence
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
  • Experience overseeing restaurant operations north of $25M per year.
  • Strong understanding of upscale dining and hospitality standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Able to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Flexibility to travel between locations as needed

Pay

Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 annually
