A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the resort, including:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail
• Rental Operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket Sales or Scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests, and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No formal experience needed; we will teach you all necessary skills to execute your job safely
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Minimum age: at least 18 years old.

Pay

Starting wage: $20/hr. The expected pay range for this position is $20/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift type: Full-time and part-time hours available
