Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
- Follow proper health code guidelines and maintain product freshness.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Multi-task and perform tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching as needed.
- Participate in training to enhance customer service skills and prepare for promotions.
Requirements
- A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Knowledge of proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
- Strong cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Pass a background check.
