About the role

An entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the restaurant is always customer-ready
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
• Follow proper health code guidelines
• Handle cash accurately and use suggestive selling techniques
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
