The Restaurant Team Member position at 7-Eleven is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting, fast-paced work environment where they can provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment to maintain the store's readiness for customers.
• Follow proper health code guidelines and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Maintain a focus and dedication to customer expectations on every visit.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle money and counting cash.
• Knowledge of health codes and safety regulations.
