The Restaurant Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity designed for those seeking an exciting fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ease cash handling and suggest additional products to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Ability to prepare, present, and maintain freshness of foodservice products.
• Knowledge of health code guidelines.
• Strong cash handling and suggestive selling skills.
• Able to represent the company as an ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
