About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member at 7-Eleven, you’ll be part of an iconic global brand with over 86,000 locations. This entry-level opportunity focuses on delivering prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. While cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not required. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of convenience while making a meaningful impact in stores and communities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
