The Restaurant Associate is an entry-level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a fast-paced work environment where they can be part of a team and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is a plus.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting.

Pay

$15.50 - $20.77 per hour. The range represents what 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of posting.
