About the role

We’re partnering with a luxury hotel to hire an experienced Restaurant Club Lounge Manager to lead all operations for an exclusive executive-level lounge.

Responsibilities

• Daily Club Lounge operations, service standards, and guest experience
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for lounge staff
• Inventory, stock levels, payroll, and administrative responsibilities
• Menu updates, promotions, and special event coordination
• Guest inquiries, VIP needs, and personalized service delivery
• Communication with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and F&B policies

Requirements

2+ years of F&B management or supervisory experience in a luxury or resort setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high service standards

Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and check auditing

Professional, polished, guest-focused presence

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Forbes and/or AAA experience
