Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bowling center from a technical perspective, ensuring efficient center operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule mechanics, providing training and instruction in Bowlero Corp's machine area, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, including OSHA safety practices.
• Plan, budget, and improve center repairs and upgrades, obtaining bids for repairs and suggesting improvements to reduce environmental impact and costs.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.

Requirements

Desired skills include 5+ years of bowling mechanic experience, solid communication skills, strong team player abilities, and the ability to supervise a team of mechanics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be comfortable supervising a team of mechanics and possess a strong desire to grow and develop the technical staff they supervise.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
