About The Role

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to maintain our operational excellence. This pivotal role ensures that our St Paul facility, fleet of vehicles, and all equipment are in peak condition, providing our team with an optimal work environment and presenting a professional showroom to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a dynamic environment where their proactive approach directly contributes to the success of our emergency response teams.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record (mandatory).
• Excellent teamwork and management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem prevention.
• Technical knowledge of equipment and minor electrical knowledge.
• Computer Skills (basic proficiency).
• Basic auto maintenance skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Hours & Compensation

• Hrs: Full time, Monday through Friday, 7 am – 5 pm.
• The nature of emergency restoration may require after-hours availability, including weekends and/or holidays.
• Reward: Compensation is evaluated annually effective from the start date of employment. We are committed to promotion and advancement from within, offering progressively greater challenge, responsibility, and compensation as you grow with us.
• Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
