Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide high-level guest service filled with unmatched commitments
- Share your passion for food and beverage knowledge
- Upsell and make recommendations that enhance dining experiences
- Read, write, and speak English sufficiently to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, and communicate with guests
- Understand and follow appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items
- Communicate effectively with guests to explain and record orders
Requirements
- Six months to one year serving experience
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
Qualifications
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, and communicate with guests
Skills
- Service and delivery experience encompassing all five senses
- A winning mindset focused on personal success
- An ability to embrace exploration and learn continuously
