About the role
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
