Restaurant Bartender/Server - PM Sundays

About the role

We are seeking a service-driven Bartender & Server to join the restaurant team at the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at clean tables
• Bring waters and menus to tables shortly after arrival
• Take food and drink orders, and make suggestions if requested
• Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen via POS system
• Make drinks according to approved recipes
• Bring drinks and food to tables
• Check in on guests to confirm satisfaction with orders and address any issues
• Collect plates when guests are finished eating
• Offer dessert and/or the check once tables are cleared
• Collect payment from guests
• Clean and organize the restaurant at the completion of your shift
• Conduct all responsibilities in a prompt, friendly, and organized manner

Schedule

• Shift hours: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Sundays are required
• Additional shifts may be available
