Responsibilities
- Mixes drinks and serves guests following company guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Collects cash, processes credits, and handles room charges according to company policies.
- Performs liquor requisitions and maintains supply lists.
- Ensures established pars are maintained and performs sidework duties according to schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs. for trays, dish racks, glass racks; 50 - 100 lbs. for carting and moving items.
- Physical demands: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift; ability to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.
- Knowledge/Skills: Must have a valid bartender’s license and certification, TIPS certified.
