Restaurant Barista

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Barista works closely with Servers, Captains, and other front‑of‑house team members to create personalized, detail‑focused service. By crafting exceptional coffees and beverages, the Barista contributes to the club’s refined ambiance and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Barista within fine dining, Michelin‑star establishments, or luxury hotel settings
• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and dialing in
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to craft high‑quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages with consistency and precision
• Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to members, remembering their preferences and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Thrives in high‑end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
