Restaurant Assistant Manager
About the role
We’re the Austin-based burger place where “Quality is Everything!” Since 2007, Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes exclusively serves with freshest ingredients available with a side of Texas Hospitality. Now Hiring: Restaurant Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.
- Help minimize operating costs.
- Bolster our employee retention.
- Deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
- Good math and reporting skills.
- A customer service attitude.
- Effective communication and team management abilities.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
- A high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Pay
Starts at $55k to $65k per year, based on experience.
Schedule
Open to working within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
Qualifications
A high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Skills
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
