Responsible AI Review Program Manager

It addresses the challenges of ethical AI implementation by establishing standards and oversight mechanisms to evaluate AI systems for fairness, transparency, and accountability. About the Opportunity:The RESPONSIBLE AI REVIEW PROGRAM MANAGER leads the evaluation and oversight of AI-enabled systems to ensure compliance with established Responsible AI policies. This role is critical in providing actionable feedback on AI impact assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold ethical AI standards, and advancing governance throughout the AI lifecycle. Responsibilities:Review Responsible AI Impact Assessments and provide feedback aligned with divisional guidance.Evaluate AI systems and third-party technologies for compliance and recommend approval or rejection.Analyze system deliverables to ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies and best practices.Track engagement and updates in the Responsible AI Program Case Management Tool.Respond to inquiries from HR, Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams.Clarify complex compliance scenarios and recommend risk-aware solutions.Collaborate with peers across AI governance and compliance functions.Apply project management best practices to manage communication, risks, and blockers.Develop expertise on evolving AI compliance requirements through documentation and mentorship.Educate stakeholders on Responsible AI standards to ensure compliance.Identify new Responsible AI risk areas and report potential issues. Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.Demonstrated experience in reviewing AI assessments or technology deployments for policy compliance.Ability to interpret and clarify ambiguous or emerging AI compliance requirements.Strong project management skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.Analytical mindset with a risk-based approach to problem-solving.Capability to evaluate AI capabilities and prompt critical thinking among stakeholders.Quick learner able to independently understand AI concepts and guidelines.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Collaborative working style with adaptability and curiosity.
