Responsable Opérationnel Terrain – Location saisonnière

About the role

Manage the complete operational lifecycle of a portfolio of seasonal rental villas and apartments in the North and East regions of Mauritius. You will oversee guest relations, property preparation, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-up to ensure a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full guest-relations cycle (pre-stay, in-stay, post-stay) via Airbnb, Booking, WhatsApp, and phone with rapid response times.
• Conduct check-in/check-out, deliver welcome documents (house guide, local tips, tourist info).
• Schedule, brief, and quality-check housekeeping teams; step in during emergencies.
• Oversee property readiness: cleanliness, linens, consumables, premium staging.
• Manage linen inventory, laundry rotation, and regular property inspections.
• Coordinate and track technical vendors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, garden) until issues are resolved.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of service providers (cleaning, gardening, chauffeurs, technicians) with quality oversight.
• Handle administrative tasks: owner billing, Notion/Google Drive updates, monthly reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics (occupancy rates, guest reviews) and propose experience enhancements.

Requirements

• First experience in operational management of properties, hospitality, or concierge services (significant experience preferred, no strict 3-year minimum).
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (Airbnb, Booking).
• Strong customer-service orientation, excellent organization, and autonomy.
• Ability to handle on-site emergencies and adapt to flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Performance Metrics

• Guest rating average ≥ 4.8/5.
• Response time < 30 minutes during daytime.
• 100% of properties inspected before each guest arrival.
• Monthly reporting delivered by the 5th of each month.

Work Conditions

• Regular on-site presence in villas/apartments (North and West zones).
• Partial remote work for administrative tasks.
