Respite Provider

Duties

• Provide respite care services to families in the Ames & Boone area, as well as Marshall and/or Hardin counties.
• Offer a break for the parent or guardian of an individual with a disability.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, based on the family's needs.
• Communicate effectively with families to understand their needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and able to access a computer/tablet and internet to complete documentation.
