Responsibilities
- Help kids with daily activities, at home and in the community.
- Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills.
- Support progress, follow behavior plans, and help them navigate challenges with patience and care.
- Create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement.
- Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
- Show up for your clients, your team, and your future — with training and growth opportunities along the way.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine love for working with kids.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with behaviors.

Benefits
- Hiring bonus of $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months.
- Hiring bonus of $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months.
- Additional pay incentives of $0.50 up to $2 per hour for applicable cases.
Pay
Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education.
Schedule
Overnights as well as Afternoons 2-8 PM.
