Responsibilities

  • Help kids with daily activities, at home and in the community.
  • Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills.
  • Support progress, follow behavior plans, and help them navigate challenges with patience and care.
  • Create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement.
  • Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
  • Show up for your clients, your team, and your future — with training and growth opportunities along the way.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine love for working with kids.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Behaviors.

Benefits

  • Hiring Bonus: $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months, $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months.
  • Additional Pay Incentives: An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases.

Pay

  • Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education.

Schedule

  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week required.
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability.
  • Schedule Needs: M-F 2-8 pm.
