Role Overview Providing specialized respiratory care in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary clinical environment, the Respiratory Therapist manages ventilator integration, airway management, and adaptive pulmonary support across multiple care levels. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope patient care through imaging and radiologic procedures.Precept and mentor new staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Ensure safety and quality at the point of care while contributing to process improvement projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.Minimum of one year of experience in respiratory therapy.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
