About the Role

Provides advanced respiratory care in a complex clinical setting, managing ventilators, airway support, and pulmonary procedures. Models proficiency by precepting new staff and contributing to safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope patient care using imaging and radiologic procedures.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new team members.
• Engage in clinical and process improvement projects for growth and advancement.
• Provide high-quality respiratory support, ensure safety and compliance, and foster professional development within a dynamic clinical environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• One year of experience.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (through AHA or Red Cross).
