Respiratory Therapist (RT) Regional Lead - FT

Description Lead from the building, not from a distance. For nearly 30 years, respiratory therapy has been missing from long-term care. We're bringing it back — and we're looking for a leader to help us do it right across multiple facilities. The RT Regional Lead is the bridge between our field teams and company leadership. You'll oversee approximately 3–5 facilities and support 18+ respiratory therapy staff, keeping a limited clinical caseload yourself so you never lose touch with the work. This is hands-on leadership: showing up, supporting teams, solving problems, and helping people do their best work.
