About the role
We are seeking a Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) to provide skilled respiratory care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a patient advocate and prioritize care based on patient needs
- Administer and evaluate respiratory therapies
- Perform patient transfers and manage respiratory interventions
- Handle ventilator management and airway management in critical care
- Conduct blood gas analysis
- Respond to emergencies such as code blue
- Document all care according to policies and standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2-year/Associate Degree (required)
- 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Current RCP licensure (mandatory)

- Ability to evaluate patient needs
- Provide routine and advanced respiratory care
- Demonstrate independence in practice
- Operate effectively in critical and emergent situations
