for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.

- Requirements: "What You Will Need" includes Education, License/Certifications, Experience.

Could put under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide: Use Requirements for education/license/experience; Qualifications maybe not needed if overlapping. But we can include Qualifications for "Advanced knowledge of acid-base balance..." maybe that's experience. We'll keep Requirements covering education, license, experience. Skills maybe not explicit separate; we could omit.
- About the role: maybe a brief summary? But we already have About the role with position highlights; we could add a short paragraph about Endeavor Health. But note: The instruction says remove EEO etc. The paragraph includes some EEO statements? It includes "Endeavor Health is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities." That's not EEO but accommodation. It's okay. Also "EOE: Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/ Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Vets, VEVRRA Federal Contractor." That's EEO boilerplate; we must remove that. So we need to cut that line. Also "Please refer to the main career page for more information." Might be okay but could be considered navigation? It's a reference; maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but could be considered generic. Safer to remove sentences that are generic like "Please refer to the main career page for more information." and "For more information, visit www.endeavorhealth.org." Might be considered navigation? It's a link; but we can keep as it's substantive? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "For more information, visit www.endeavorhealth.org." is navigation/link; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove. Also "Please explore our website (www.endeavorhealth.org) to better understand how Endeavor Health delivers on its mission..." is also navigation. Might remove. We'll keep only the descriptive sentences about Endeavor Health mission and values, not the calls to visit website.
Thus About the role paragraph will contain:
- Position highlights (maybe as with line breaks)
- Then a paragraph about Endeavor Health: "Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
