Responsibilities
- Provide specialized respiratory care to high-risk and premature infants.
- Manage ventilators and non-invasive respiratory support.
- Perform neonatal assessments and interpret blood gases.
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and resuscitations.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU nurses.
- Educate families on respiratory care.
- Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric respiratory care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and infection control.
