Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

We are seeking a skilled respiratory care professional responsible for performing various respiratory therapies, ventilator management, ECG procedures, oxygen administration, and airway management. Key Responsibilities Include Interpreting and executing physician orders, customizing patient care, and anticipating patient needs.Performing patient education, documenting all procedures and medication administration accurately.Managing ventilators, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and educating staff on ventilator functions.Performing bedside lab testing such as ABGs while ensuring quality control.Responding to emergencies, alarms, and patient requests promptly and professionally.Ensuring infection control, proper equipment use, and maintaining a clean work environment.Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Required Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials.Associate’s degree or completion of respiratory therapy program.Experience in respiratory therapy with strong clinical skills in ventilator management and patient care.Ability to perform intubations, change tracheostomy tubes, and interpret medical orders.Excellent documentation, communication, and emergency response skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety standards.
