Respiratory Therapist (Registered or Certified) - Experienced and New Graduates

Role Overview: This position involves assessing patient respiratory needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing respiratory care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage therapeutic modalities including aerosolized medications and oxygen therapy, operate mechanical ventilators, and assist with invasive procedures like bronchoscopy and invasive monitoring. Ensure patient and family education, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and support intra-hospital patient transport and emergency airway management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program with required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS. Experience in acute care is preferred; new graduates can participate in a dedicated transition program. Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills are essential.
