Registered Respiratory Therapist - Experienced and New Graduates

Role: Full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and providing patient respiratory care using evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art equipment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, perform therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and manage mechanical ventilators. Assist with intra-hospital transports, airway management, and invasive procedures. Educate patients and families on disease management, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty training program in respiratory therapy. Knowledge of airway management, ventilator protocols, arterial blood gas analysis, and emergency response. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential.
