Responsibilities

• Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients
• Assesses the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan
• Identifies and addresses the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings

Requirements

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers

Qualifications

• Must meet the relocation guidelines for the $15,000 relocation benefit

Benefits

• $15,000 sign on bonus for those with 2+ years of experience - half is paid out after 6 months and the other half on day 366.

Pay

• PM shift with every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays
• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
