Position Details
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
- Multiple FTE's Available
- Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only.
- Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
What You’ll Do
Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
What You’ll Receive
- $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates
- Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
- Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
