About the role
An allied health professional responsible for providing patient care in a Level III NICU and PICU, with floating to various units including Adult ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, Emergency Department, and General Pediatrics. The role involves working night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, and a maximum of 5 days off.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- May require pre-employment modules and documentation uploads to expedite onboarding
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to float across units
- Compliance with vaccination policies
- Live within 50 miles of the facility for local processing
- Must not have worked at the facility in the last 6 months in any capacity
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
Qualifications
- Valid licenses
- Vaccinated (flu vaccine required)
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, RRT
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last year
- References from charge, lead, or supervisor required
