About the role
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist with expertise in adult and neonatal care, capable of floating between these areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures for both adults and newborns, including in Labor and Delivery.
- Manage blood gas analysis and equipment maintenance.
- Provide patient and family education across diverse clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in respiratory therapy sciences.
- Experience in neonatal respiratory care or completion of department-specific orientation with skills validation.
- Licensure and certification as required by law, including registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care and state licensure.
- Current CPR and NRP certifications, with active practice and competency maintenance in adult and neonatal care.
- Neonatal Pediatric Specialist credential preferred.
