Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal ICU

Responsibilities

Provide advanced respiratory care to high-risk newborns and pediatric patients. Manage ventilators and respiratory support devices, perform clinical assessments, interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs), and collaborate with neonatologists and NICU nurses. Participate in emergency response situations, follow evidence-based protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of care.

Qualifications & Skills

Expertise in respiratory therapy, strong clinical assessment skills, ability to interpret ABGs, and effective communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of neonatal and pediatric respiratory care, with a focus on safety and quality patient outcomes.
