Neonatal NICU Respiratory Therapist

Role: NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Deliver advanced respiratory care to critically ill and premature infants in a high-acuity NICU setting.Manage neonatal ventilators and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) devices.Perform respiratory assessments, obtain and interpret blood gases.Support neonatal resuscitations and high-risk deliveries.Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications & Skills Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.Experience in neonatal critical care preferred.Strong knowledge of neonatal ventilation, blood gas analysis, and resuscitation techniques.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
