Responsibilities

• Administer aerosolized medications
• Perform airway management
• Airway blood gas sampling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on patient care plans
• Educate patients and support staff
• Mentor new employees and students
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
• Valid NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills necessary
• Ability to establish effective professional relationships is essential
