Respiratory Therapist - FT Nights ($20k Sign On Bonus!)

Overview

The Clinical Respiratory Therapist Transport is responsible for complete patient care in conjunction with fellow team members during inter-hospital Transport; including responsibility for assessment and stabilization of Transport patients, as well as performance of necessary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Position Details

• Mercy South Registered Respiratory Therapist Will consider Certified Respiratory Therapists*
• Full Time - 36 hours/week - 6:30p-7:00a
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus Available for RRTs
• All Part- and Full-Time RTs will train on and be assigned to the NICU on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
• Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.

• Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
