Responsibilities

  • Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and document care with consideration of age and population-specific needs.
  • In the absence of a supervisor, may serve as Lead RCP, responsible for the section or department during their shift.

Requirements

  • State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • 2 years experience as a RCP preferred.
  • ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
  • NRP certificate preferred.
  • PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay

The current compensation range for this role is $30.65 to $43.09 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Sign-on bonus of $15,000 available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply. Details discussed during the interview process.
