Respiratory Therapist - CRT/RRT

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders and department policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and assess patients' respiratory status and response to therapy.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and response to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures and treatments.
• Maintain and operate respiratory care equipment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of respiratory care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
