  • Occasional overnight travel may be required; per diem provided for meals.
  • Salary Range: $36.00–$43.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and applicable credentials.
  • On-Call Transparency: Approximately 4 on-call days per month. Mix of phone support and patient home visits.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow ups.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop.
  • Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
  • Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What We Look For

  • Respiratory Therapist with an active CO and WY RT license.
  • CRT and RRT credentials considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Home Healthcare/DME experience.
  • Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation.
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
  • Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.
  • Hold a current CPR Certification.
  • Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice.
