Respiratory Therapist - Cardiopulmonary Miles

Description

MaineHealth is offering a $20,000.00 sign-on bonus for Respiratory Therapists. Eligible candidates are hired into either a Full-time or Part-time position. The bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires, and per diem hires are ineligible.

Candidates must be current MaineHealth members who have been separated from employment for more than 6 months. The role is a rotating shift from 6:30pm – 7:00am or 6:30am – 7:00am.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate from an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Therapy
• Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license in Respiratory Care, RRT, or CRRT required. Current BLS certification required. Current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required or must obtain within one year of start date or according to department guidelines.
• Experience: One year of acute care experience preferred.
