Respiratory Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary care in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and administer cardiopulmonary therapies such as oxygen, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management.
• Perform diagnostics including arterial blood gases (ABGs) and spirometry.
• Monitor patient responses and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Accurately document all care and interventions in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Requirements

• Relevant certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and infection control.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
