Responsibilities
- Deliver direct respiratory care to patients with respiratory challenges
- Supervise breathing treatments and ensure proper administration
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to support recovery and independence
- Build meaningful patient relationships and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Monitor and celebrate patient progress toward treatment goals
Requirements
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Preferred ACLS certification
- Two years of hospital experience (advantageous)
